• partition walls are a brick construction with a total thickness of 12 cm;
• the garages and the ground floor of the semi-detached house are insulated with PVC-based polymer waterproofing towards the ground, which is placed below the AB foundation slab and above the concrete base, and is raised vertically along the outer walls to the ground floor behind the ETICS facade system;
• terraces and balconies are insulated with appropriate two-component polymer-cement waterproofing;
• ETICS façade system 10 cm thick EPS, the roof above the floor is insulated with XPS thermal insulation (styrofoam) in the fall, minimum thickness 11 cm. The final layer of the façade system is made in the color chosen by the investor and the designer, ie it is possible to agree on details with the future buyer;
• all floors are constructed as floating floors, except the floor in the auxiliary building. The cladding in the rooms depends on the purpose of the room, and wet rooms are insulated with waterproofing before installing the final cladding. The floating floor is performed with 3 cm XPS and 2 cm EPS-T on the ground floor and first floor, the screed is 5 cm thick;
• joinery is a combination of PVC and aluminum joinery with triple glazing and filling with precious gas and low-e coating for better thermal insulation. Sun protection is electrically operated blinds;
• for the needs of space heating and cooling in each unit, the installation of a split inverter air conditioning system and underfloor heating on electricity in the living rooms and bathrooms is planned. Each housing unit will have a separate heating and cooling system. The outdoor unit of the split system is intended for outdoor installation - protected from the weather, with a built-in inverter compressor, air-cooled condenser and all the necessary elements for protection, control and regulation of the device and functional operation. The working substance is R-32. Indoor wall-mounted units are located in each room separately, except in the bathrooms where the installation of electric underfloor heating and radiators is envisaged;
• hot sanitary water sanitary devices will be supplied by electric water heater.
